By accessing or using Komped, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, managers, and sales representatives.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Komped cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for a reasonable period to allow for reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted upon request.
Komped is a product of Runway EXO LLC. The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Runway EXO LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data you upload to the platform.
In no event shall Runway EXO LLC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of any use of Komped. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
